The Top 5 Most Expensive Condos in Miami

Table of Contents

Many luxury homes and condos in Miami can be used as blueprints in luxury housing for the rest of the US. This is because nearly all of the properties built in the area have been directed by the creativity and innovation of world-renowned architects and design firms.

So if you ever find yourself in need of a place to stay around Miami here’s a glimpse of what the most luxurious properties in the world have to offer!

The Ritz-Carlton Residences

Does the name ring a bell? This American multinational hospitality company isn’t one of the most popular hotels in the industry for nothing. The Ritz-Carlton Residence in Miami Beach is a more recent development. It was designed in 2019 by Piero Lissoni and Stantec, a Miami-based firm.

This development is unique from the other hotels in the franchise in that it does not have any hotel units. This means that the residents do not have to share any of the amenities with other tourists.

Residents are free to lounge in the rooftop pool with impressive city and ocean views or use the helicopter and private yacht service. The Ritz-Carlton also has an infinity pool, valet parking, and a spa. Beyond the leisure amenities, the property also has a meditation garden, carwash, art studio, club room, dog walking area, and pet grooming room.

Glass Miami Beach

The Glass Miami Beach is a tall glass tower standing eighteen stories. This property was designed by Rene Gonzalez, a world-famous architect who wanted the tower to blend in seamlessly with the ocean and sky.

This property only has nine condominiums and one three-story penthouse. Each unit is outfitted with walnut hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Calcutta marble. Residents are free to call on the services of on-site maids, housekeeping, and valets.

The Glass Miami Beach also offers an exclusive fitness center, with immediate access to the beach.

Apogee South Beach

Asian-inspired architecture and astounding views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the downtown skyline? That’s Apogee South Beach for you. This 22-story tower was created and designed by Sieger Suarez, an award-winning architectural firm.

This is the property you are looking for if you want a condo with open floor plans. Each unit is incredibly spacious. You can expect to have floor-to-ceiling windows, big balconies, and high ceilings. For budding chefs and homebodies, the kitchens are equipped with Sub Zero appliances and temperature-regulated wine storage.

After a long day spent outside, Apogee South Beach welcomes its residents with air-conditioned parking spaces, a 24-hour concierge service and valet, an infinity pool and fitness center, and a day spa. This property is just a quick jog away from the white sand shores of the bay and a few blocks from the nightlife and luxury shopping districts of Brickell and South Beach.

321 Ocean

Do you want a breathtaking view of the ocean and easy access to the beach, or downtown views and a glimpse of the Atlantic? You can choose between the nine-story Oceanfront Tower or the five-story Ocean Drive Tower at 321 Ocean. These two luxurious glass towers are located in the affluent Southern Florida district of South Beach and were designed by Enrique Norton, a world-renowned architect.

The condo interiors are decked out with European marble, rain showers, large windows, and contemporary kitchens by the German design firm Poggenpohl.

321 Ocean offers plenty of amenities to help residents feel at home. Services include a 24-hour concierge, a private beach, and valet parking. The property also features a fitness center, garden area, library, and an infinity pool near the Atlantic shoreline.

For those itching to explore the area, these condos are within walking distance of all the hotspots and restaurants in South Beach. It’s also a few minutes away from the Brickell and Miami Design districts, where you can go for some high-end shopping and dining.

Faena House

Faena House condos are some of the most popular in all of South Florida. This property was built in 2015, under the guidance of the Fosters + Partners architectural firm. It is an 18-story building with stunning views of Downtown Miami, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Each unit has sliding doors, Italian marble, Miele appliances, and smart home technology. Living here is truly the epitome of living luxuriously.

Faena House is located in the Faena District, a $550 million project by an Argentinian developer named Alan Faena. Residents of the Faena House can avail of discounts and perks at Faena Hotel, and they are also members of the prestigious Faena Rose club.
