10xBNB Review – 6 Facts You Should Know About

Table of Contents

If you’ve ever used Airbnb, you’ll know that it can help people make a lot of money—perhaps even more than you’d expect from simply renting out space in your home.

It’s a revolution in travel and booking, and it’s a great way to earn extra money from home.

But there is massive competition:

More than 46.5 million people are looking to book the perfect home for their vacation or business trip, which means a considerable market that represents a tremendous business opportunity.

That’s where the 10xBNB program comes in. This online course claims to teach you a 7-figures blueprint to build from scratch your own Airbnb business.

But do they deliver?

In today’s review, I’ll share what’s behind 10xBNB and seven facts you should know about before joining them.

Let’s get started.

1.10xBNB Review: Content Summary

10xBNB is an online training program that teaches you exactly how to start a successful Airbnb business — no matter where you live or what type of property you want to rent out.

But this isn’t your typical Airbnb course. It’s not just another course on setting up and managing your Airbnb account.

The founders of this program have done this successfully themselves — making tens of millions of dollars — so they know what works and what doesn’t work when growing Airbnb businesses.

So what you’ll find inside 10xBNB is a comprehensive step-by-step guide that walks you through every stage of building a profitable Airbnb business from scratch. You’ll learn how to find excellent properties, negotiate the best deals, manage your bookings, handle customer service issues, etc.

The 10xBNB course consists of 3 parts:

  1. Bed flipping: This is a 10xBNB flagship method to build an Airbnb business -without ever owning a property.
  2. Retail arbitrage: This part is for those interested in subletting a rented property for a higher price. 10xBNB has developed a method to grow the profit from this type of business x3-x6, and they’ll show you how to do it step-by-step.
  3. Ownership: If you’ve gone through the previous steps or have enough capital upfront, in this part, you’ll be able to get 10xBNB’s blueprint to invest & manage your properties.

Who is behind 10xBNB?

The creators of the 10xBNB system are Shaun Ghavami and Ari Rahmanian.

When Shaun and Ari became interested in Airbnb, they had no idea how to do it.

By taking risks and learning from their mistakes, Shan & Ari eventually realized they were pretty good at an AirBnB real estate business, giving them a portfolio worth $5 million.

Both are also founders of Iconic Retreats, where they manage properties and offer luxury experiences. Today, they enjoy the success of being in the top 1% of Airbnb hosts while maintaining thousands of 5-star reviews.

3. What’s the 10XBNB pricing tag?

To join 10XBNB, you have three options:

  1. Standard Package: Those who want to build the business on their own but need access to the course and the long list of resources included in the program.
  2. VIP Package: Those who need a hand in getting their business up and running but don’t want to relinquish power over the creative process.
  3. Diamond Package: For anyone who has enough money to place their business in the hands of the 10xBNB team.

As you move up this 10XBNB ladder, each package is more expensive than the last, but each offers you more tools and bonuses.

These are the prices:

  1. Standard Package: $7,000
  2. VIP Package: $15,000
  3. Standard Package: $30,000

4. The best & the worst of 10xBNB

What’s best about 10xBNB

It’s comprehensive and tells you everything you need to know to be a successful Airbnb host

The one thing I love most about 10xBNB is its comprehensiveness. If you’re new to the Airbnb scene, 10xBNB has got you covered with everything you need to know to be a successful host. It outlines everything from setting up an account and making a good profile, to the basics of setting up your listing, to how to deal with homeowners and poor reviews.

The best part is that it’s all presented in a friendly, conversational tone that makes reading through the material feel more like talking to a friend than a dry lecture.

The courses offer practical, real-life advice from people who have been successful with Airbnb hosting.

10xBNB was created by two hosts who don’t try to make themselves out as gurus, but rather two people just like you and me trying their hand at something new and discovering the method to do it right.

They share their own experiences in different situations and offer tips from personal experience that can help you avoid many of the pitfalls they encountered while they were still learning the ropes.

It brings an authenticity that many other AirBnB guides lack. If you want real-world advice on what it takes to be a good Airbnb host, 10xBNB can help.

You’ll get a bunch of resources and personalized guidance.

They’ve built an incredible private community.

The 10XBNB community has built up around it. Members can share their experiences, ask questions about specific challenges, and get advice from other successful members who have been through it all before them.

Things I didn’t like

Their pricing tags aren’t for everyone.

As you can see, this training program is far from cheap. If you go for the standard package—which is the most basic and economical—it still costs $7000…and that’s not easy to swallow.

However, they do offer a bunch of financial help. You can use their scholarships, discounts, or even loans to join them if you don’t have enough budget.

Building an Airbnb business from scratch isn’t easy.

Building an AirBnB business from scratch isn’t easy. There’s a lot of work to do:

You’ll need to learn about all the different regulations in each city you want to host your listings.

You also have to find people willing to sublease their spaces to you and then figure out whether they are eager to do so on a short-term basis (and if they are ready to waive their right of entry/refusal).

Is 10XBNB a legitimate AirBnB opportunity?

10XBNB is legitimate—look at what many of its students have achieved and what Shaun Ghavami and Ari Rahmanian have accomplished.

They’ve built a successful company based on their passion for travel and helping others travel more often.

They’ve also helped many other entrepreneurs achieve similar results with their businesses by sharing their knowledge and experience through 10XBNB.

The truth is that any business can fail, but what matters is whether or not you’re willing to learn from your mistakes (and there will be plenty).

If you take this course seriously and put in the effort, there’s no reason why you won’t succeed in the long run!

So, is it worth paying for the 10xBNB system?

So… is it worth it? 10xBNB has countless success stories, a complete, easy-to-understand, and follow training program with tools, bonuses, seminars, and even your mentor.

The answer is yes.

In short, this course is worth your while. Now it’s up to you whether you are willing to put in the effort.
